AI agents

Agents do the groundwork. You decide.

The agents in onecloud.works read along with your email, tickets, contracts and sales. They propose what needs to happen and you approve. Only once you trust them do you let them act on their own.

The agents and what they do

Triage

Sorts incoming email: fault, invoice, question or spam, and puts it in the right place.

Purchase invoices

Reads PDF invoices from email and prepares them as purchase invoices.

Contracts

Advises on expiring contracts based on revenue, usage and payment behaviour.

Follow-up

Daily: missed calls, quiet leads, meetings without a next step.

Sales

Enriches new leads with company data and estimates their value.

Research

On request, writes a note on a lead: profile, news, conversation openers.

Weekly recap

Per deal the status, open commitments and risks.

Tasks

Picks up a task a colleague hands over and proposes how to finish it.

Ticket assistant

Suggests a reply, visit, part or task on every ticket.

Duplicate tickets

Flags when a request already came in before.

You stay in charge

Three modes, set per agent.

A new agent first watches without doing anything. Then it makes suggestions you approve. Only when the suggestions are right do you set it to autonomous, within the rules you set.

  • Shadow: suggestions only, nothing executed
  • Assisted: you approve or reject each suggestion
  • Autonomous: the agent acts within your rules

Undoable

Every action logged, every action reversible.

Every change shows which agent or workflow made it. If an agent gets it wrong, you undo the action. Agents are switched on or off per company.
